Our first product offering focuses on ensuring that your organization is properly aligned at the outset of a MAF camaign.  Timed to coincide with the completion of the prior year’s assessment but applicable and beneficial into the December timeframe, our Diagnostic and Strategic Planning will leverage current and past MAF rounds as well as data from your organization to complete a smart, strategic, accountable (and we believe successful) MAF round.

MAF Diagnostic and Strategic Planning is an analytical, tools and inclusion based approach to generating buy-in with the Department around a plan to move forward on continuous improvement and increasing maturity on areas of management. 

The tool and process helps you and your stakeholders to rapidly and effectively answer the question of where to focus often limited resources to provide the greatest impact on management maturity and risk mitigation.  Evolve Diagnostic and Strategic Planning sets up the Department with a pragmatic, focused plan based on optimizing management frameworks related to MAF areas of management and lines of evidence.
