Offering Two – MAF Response Check

A second critical point within the lifecycle is ensuring that your final MAF submission is as polished and developed as it can be. Obviously, diligence on the part of you and your organization is essential as is a regular and transparent dialogue with TBS colleagues throughout the process. As with many similar framework exercises, a strong fundamental is to look for a 3rd party source to review a next to final response. We believe that this is not only a good fundamental but an essential exercise for producing an optimal response.

Evolve has developed a MAF Response Check offering specifically designed to ensure that your response is fairly and factually reviewed from several vantage points. First and foremost, it is reviewed as it presents itself against the lines of evidence.

Again, while colleagues internally and TBS will have provided input and in some cases full reviews, EGC will provide a detailed, arms-length, review and analysis of your response, supporting materials, style sheet, and other pertinent information.  EGC will also be providing a scorecard with comparative analysis and details regarding your response. 

The other significant element of the MAF Response Check program is to design and facilitate an Improvement Workshop.  The Improvement Workshop takes into account your MAF Response score, our suggested recommendations as a starting point, and then fleshes out other elements of improvement through the participating departmental team.  The workshop also delivers an improvement plan that takes into account the current response, timeline, and recommendations.

This offering, as with the MAF Diagnostic and Strategic Planning, is designed as a fixed price engagement available for under $25,000.
