Performance Management
Evolve has experience and strong credentials in providing a full set of performance management services. Our capabilities run the gamut from full program development including analysis, design, implementation, and monitoring of a performance management program for a large organization to more discrete activities such as:
- working with partners to create Value Creation Strategies and Maps,
- development of Public Service Balanced Scorecards, and
- constructing and reviewing of strategic performance indicators.
Risk Management
With some overlap of our Performance Management practice, EGC has the skill sets and experience to tackle any strategic risk management initiative.
